Our Policies

 

Appointments: Please arrive at least ten (10) minutes prior to your appointment to check in and complete any paperwork. In order to respect the time of our other clients, those who arrive late will have that much less time for their appointment but will be charged in full.

 

Cancellations/Rescheduling: We understand that sometimes circumstances beyond your control require you to cancel and/or reschedule your upcoming appointment. We kindly ask that you contact us via phone or voicemail as soon as you are aware of a conflict.

 

If you need to cancel or reschedule services, please give us at least 24 hours notice.

We require a credit card to reserve spa treatments, massage services and group events. With less than a 24 hour notice, you will be subject to a fee of 50% of the full price of the service(s).

 

Gift cards are valid for a specified dollar amount and are not redeemable for cash. Mobile Mama Massage is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
